Jazz pianist Mike Del Ferro toured the Kurdistan region of Iraq and performed in the cities of Erbil, Rania and Suleimaniya in Kurdistan region of Iraq from July 1 to 4, 2009. Concerts were viewed by hundreds live and by tens of thousands through live television broadcast and re-broadcast in the Kurdistan region.
This project was supported by the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and the Regional Reconstruction Team (RRT) of Erbil as well as by the cities of Suleimaniya and Rania.
