Hairspray opens the Dom Omladine Sala Americana Theater in Belgrade
Serbia: Broadway in Belgrade
In a project sponsored by the U.S. Embassy Belgrade, American Voices' Michael Parks Masterson was invited to prepare excerpts from Hairspray with a Broadway troupe composed of high school and university students from the city of Novi Sad. The show was part of opening ceremonies for the Dom Omladine Sala Americana Theater in Belgrade, recently renovated with funds from the U.S. government.
