Mike Del Ferro Trio with guest Yasuhito Mori. Mike and Yasuhito tour Japan from tip to toe in October 2007
In what has become an annual treat for Japanese audiences, Mike Del Ferro has joined forces with Japanese bassist Yasuhito Mori in an extensive tour of the country.
Beginning in Okinawa, the trio performed outdoors in the Ichiban-gai. The tour continued to Fukuoka's Live Space West Point then on to the Yotsuike Muse Club in Hammatsu. The trio then headed to Shizuoka's Usagi Hall for a“one-coin concert” organized by Fukuroi City Education Board and Fukuroi City Hiyaku-no-machizukuri Committee.
One of the tour's highlights was a performance at the Seisen University Auditorium in an event organized by the Tokyo American Center. The project concluded with a concert in Kobe's Maiden Voyage hall.
