American Christmas Tour in Japan

American Christmas Tour in Japan

Soprano Jacquelyn Culpepper and pianist John Ferguson toured Japan from Sapporo in the frozen north to Naha in balmy Okinawa providing 15 concerts for the U.S. Embassy and consulates and for the musical organization of Keiko Saito, Salon Concerts series.

Highlights of the tour included performances at Tokyo's prestigious Keio University and at the Tokyo National Museum for an audience of over three hundred who enthusiastically joined in to sing 'Silent Night' to close the program together.
